We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Opened bottles may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@nutrafame.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.

Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
